The 12 days of Christmas workout

Warm up properly 

 

Perform the workout as a ladder...(just like the song)

e.g. 3 push press, 2 thrusters, and a sumo deadlift high pull.

 

Go quick, and push yourself throughout the workout!

 

1 Sumo deadlift high pull

2 Thrusters

3 Push press

4 Power cleans

5 Power snatches

6 Kettlebell swings

7 Pull ups (or pull downs)

8 Knees to elbows

9 Box jumps

10 Jumping lunges

11 Burpees

12 Overhead walking lunges
